Guests will be delighted by the gourmet selections offered each morning, such as carrot cake pancakes with cream cheese topping, grapefruit mint granite, chicken and apple sausage and many more. Wine and appetizers are offered every afternoon and complimentary beverages are available in our guest refrigerator 24 hours a day.
There are several places to enjoy a gourmet breakfast at the C.H. Bailey House. Perhaps you’d like a romantic breakfast for two in your room. Or, cozy up by the fire in the dining room. Sit at a large dining room table with other guests or enjoy an intimate breakfast at a private table. Relax on the cool front porch and watch the cows graze and the birds play. Or, maybe you’d prefer a view of Mount Dodson from the back deck. And, finally, you might like a table and chairs set up in the field, under a tree, looking out onto the Christmas tree farm. At the C.H. Bailey House we like our guests to have options. The choice is yours!
